Sharing journeys is important
Each family’s cleft journey is unique, and there’s so much we can learn from each other. Stories help raise awareness, offer insight, and give hope when it is needed most.
Consider including:
symptoms
the road to diagnosis
treatments and procedures
medical providers and facilities that provided excellent care
images (no more than 10) to help tell your story
